Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after placing the order, but in some cases, it can take up to 10 business days. Once the items are shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. 

If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS or UPS (depending on the carrier your order was sent by) so they can best serve you. We don't offer cancelation or changes to orders as they go straight into the shipment. Please double-check your sizes and addresses!

If the order says "delivered" by carrier there is nothing BANGLA BOUTIQUE is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

*We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, You will refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.*

Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays. 

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
